A very last time Talla - Hate - I.
There are just places that you somehow can not cope 😉.
It's race week again!!!
I was looking forward; somehow such a funny but good feeling not to live days before with panic and fear because of a race...I told you that everything takes time, and you must give it yourself.
Thursday 9/15-22
In the morning, I did an easy swim session, then we did some mobility in weights, and at noon we drove with 2 vans to Tallahassee; good 7 1/2 hours. In the evening nothing happened.
Friday 9/16-22.
As usual, there was a casual run on the course today. The weather was great: a little cooler & less humidity.
After breakfast, I spent my day with work and homework. Productive I was: 3h exam, 2 discussion posts, and a quiz.
In the evening, we had pasta and then went to bed.
Saturday 9/17-22
Race day!!! 5 am, I had breakfast in the hotel room. At 8 am, the starting gun went off for our 5km run.

Tallahassee - we come here every year; last year even 2x. A really excellent course, but somehow not my case- rather Talla - hate - I (only makes sense in German;)
The starting straight is very long and wide - which I believe is cool because it feels less crowded.
On time the race started - and quickly I found my position: in front, as number 1. I was surprised; I would have expected a few strong runners.
The course was 2 laps, a bit rolling and a hill.
It was tough but I was able to save my position to the finish. Phew, a relief and huge joy. I won!
I am happy and satisfied. Nevertheless, despite the victory, it was not a great performance. I still lack the competition hardness and strength on the last meters. But I am on the right track - and the process counts.
We also won the team ranking. That's fantastic!! I'm soooo happy. The girls are all getting stronger.
See you.
The next race is our home meet. Yass!! :)
A DSCR loan in Florida is a great financing option for real estate investors who want to qualify based on rental income rather than personal earnings. The Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) measures a property's ability to generate enough income to cover its debt, making it ideal for rental property owners. These loans offer flexible terms, quick approvals, and require no personal income verification, making the process simple and hassle-free. Whether you're purchasing, refinancing, or expanding your investment portfolio, a DSCR loan in Florida helps you secure funding based on cash flow, not tax returns. Take advantage of this investor-friendly financing solution and grow your real estate business with ease.
